Customer Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting outbound calls to potential clients
- Understanding and promoting the company's offerings' features, benefits, and advantages.
- Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions, including leads, inquiries, and sales.
- Following up with potential clients through phone calls, emails, or other communication channels to ensure continued interest and generate sales.
- Developing and maintaining an understanding of the respective market, including market trends, competition, and consumer needs.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell company products and services to existing customers.
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, including answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving issues.
Required Skills:
- Fresh business graduates or to be graduates
- Competent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Competent analytical skills
- The goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle rejection and bounce back quickly.
