Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting outbound calls to potential clients
  • Understanding and promoting the company's offerings' features, benefits, and advantages.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions, including leads, inquiries, and sales.
  • Following up with potential clients through phone calls, emails, or other communication channels to ensure continued interest and generate sales.
  • Developing and maintaining an understanding of the respective market, including market trends, competition, and consumer needs.
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell company products and services to existing customers.
  • Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, including answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving issues.
