Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for customers, ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, and support the sales or service process by addressing client needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement:
- Greet and interact with clients professionally via phone, email, and in person.
- Understand customer needs and provide timely assistance or solutions.
- Build long-term relationships to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Issue Resolution:
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues promptly.
- Sales & Service Support:
- Assist the sales team by following up on leads and inquiries.
- Cross-sell or upsell products/services based on customer profiles and needs.
- Ensure after-sales follow-up and service delivery support.
- Customer Database Management:
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
- Update customer interactions and feedback regularly.
- Feedback Collection:
- Conduct surveys and feedback calls to assess service satisfaction.
- Report customer insights to improve processes and offerings.
- Reporting & Coordination:
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer interactions and service metrics.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and support teams as needed.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 2–3 years of experience in customer service, client handling, or sales support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-first mindset
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools
Preferred Attributes:
- Positive attitude and patience when dealing with different types of customers
- Fluency in [local language(s)] and English
- Experience in Manufacturing Industries.
