We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Customer Relationship Executive to join our franchise development and admission team. The primary responsibility of this role is to contact and engage with potential franchise and admissions prospects via phone, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for the regional business managers. You will be the first point of contact for many of our future franchise partners and parents and play a key role in expanding our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to leads generated through marketing campaigns.
  • Qualify leads based on criteria such as financial capability, background and interest level.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records in the CRM system.
  • Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the Regional Business Manager.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call, lead qualification, and appointment-setting targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, inside sales, or call center environment (franchise or B2B sales experience is a plus).
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused with a professional phone manner.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills.
  • Bachelors degree.
