Senior HR Manager

o lead and manage the HR and Administrative functions of the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals, promoting a high-performance culture, and maintaining a compliant, safe, and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:Human Resource Management:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
 - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies.
 - Oversee performance management processes (KPIs/KRAs, appraisals, feedback mechanisms).
 - Create and implement employee engagement, motivation, and retention strategies.
 - Ensure training & development programs are in place for skill upgradation and career progression.
 - Monitor and control employee costs in line with budgetary requirements.
 - Handle grievance redressal and disciplinary procedures in accordance with labor laws.
 - Maintain and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.
 
Compliance & Legal:
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and legal requirements (PF, ESI, Factories Act, Labour Laws, MPCB etc.).
 - Maintain all records related to audits, inspections, and government documentation.
 - Liaise with government authorities and labor departments as necessary.
 
Compliance & Legal:
- Handling Contract labout and Documents.
 - Cordinate with Labour Contact for labour Management.
 
Administration:
- Supervise and manage facility administration, security, housekeeping, and transport.
 - Manage vendor contracts related to administration (canteen, security, cleaning, etc.).
 - Oversee infrastructure and office management including AMC, utilities, safety, and hygiene.
 - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) norms.
 - Coordinate with internal departments for smooth functioning of the plant and office operations.
 
Employee Welfare & Industrial Relations:
- Maintain cordial industrial relations; act as a bridge between management and workers.
 - Conduct regular meetings with union representatives (if applicable).
 - Promote a positive organizational culture with a focus on employee welfare and safety.
 - Handle worker issues and maintain harmony on the shop floor.
 
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances.
 - Experience in managing HR & Admin in a manufacturing/industrial setup.
 - Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
 - Strategic thinking and decision-making ability.
 - Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS/Payroll software.
 
Qualification:
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
 - Additional certifications in labor law or industrial relations will be an advantage.
 
Preferred Industry Experience:
- Printing, Packaging, Manufacturing, FMCG, or similar industrial sectors.
 
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹150, ₹170,000.00 per month
