tracking, telehealth consultations, and personalised health insights.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Commercial Head to lead our business unit and drive

growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of optimising sales, managing budgets,

and driving business growth through effective marketing and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability

  • Manage budgets, analyse financial data, and oversee P&L to ensure profitability

  • Develop and execute sales strategies, set targets, and manage product marketing activities

  • Identify and mitigate operational risks and ensure business continuity

  • Lead, mentor, and manage teams to ensure high performance and employee satisfaction

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and internal stakeholders

  • Design and track field budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and cost management

Should be from a Pharmaceutical Background, having experience with endocrinologist nutraceuticals

Requirements:

  • MBA or equivalent experience

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development

  • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability

  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
