
Manager - Cloud Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Manager - Cloud Sales with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The candidate should have a proven track record of selling managed services - Cloud & Database with a deep understanding of the cloud computing landscape, including major providers like AWS, Azure, OCI. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring new business, and expanding relationships with existing clients by positioning our services offerings as a strategic solution to their business challenges.
Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Build a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including pre-sales, solutions architects, marketing, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Participate in forecasting and business planning sessions to provide accurate sales projections.
Sales Acumen & Required attributes:
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience with a consultative and solution-based sales approach.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Qualifications :
Experience: 3-5 years of direct sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a IT-Managed services domain.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Certifications from major cloud providers are highly preferable.
