Role Overview
We are looking for experienced Business Development Executives (1–4 years) to join our Ed Tech business team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sales, lead generation, client engagement, and EdTech/Service-based sales.
You will play a key role in expanding AcceleratorX market presence by building strong partnerships with schools, colleges, institutions, and individual learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Market Expansion: Identify and acquire new clients (schools, colleges, training institutes) and expand business in assigned regions.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client requirements and pitch suitable EduTech products/solutions effectively.
- Lead Management & Closure: Handle end-to-end sales cycle—from lead generation, follow-ups, product demos, negotiation, to final conversion.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure product adoption and repeat business.
- Revenue Growth: Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (Business, Marketing, Education preferred).
- Experience: 1–4 years of experience in Business Development/Sales (EdTech experience is an added advantage).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Negotiation & Persuasion: Strong convincing skills and ability to handle objections professionally.
- Sales Mindset: Ability to meet targets, manage sales pipelines, and drive revenue growth.

Pay: ₹40, ₹90,000.00 per month
