Role Overview
We are seeking experienced and ambitious Business Development Executives with 1–3 years of experience in the EdTech domain. This role is ideal for candidates who have hands-on experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and sales within the education technology sector.
You will play a crucial role in expanding AcceleratorX market presence by connecting students, institutions, and educators with our digital learning solutions. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and driving business growth through strong relationship management and sales execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage schools, colleges, training institutes, and individual learners to promote AcceleratorX Ed Tech products.
- Need Analysis: Understand the learning requirements of institutions and learners to recommend suitable learning solutions.
- Lead Conversion: Convert qualified leads into active users through effective communication, pitching, and solution-based selling.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Follow-Ups: Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects to increase engagement and conversion rates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Business Development within the EdTech domain.
- Education: Graduate in any stream; preference given to candidates with Business, Marketing, or Education backgrounds.
- Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, pitching, and relationship-building abilities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month
