Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic and result-driven EdTech Sales Executives with 1–3 years of experience in the EdTech domain. In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue, building strong learner/parent relationships, and promoting AcceleratorX's digital learning products.

Candidates will work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to business growth through high-quality sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Handling & Conversion: Manage inbound/outbound leads and convert them into enrollments through effective counselling.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct detailed online demos, clearly explaining course features, benefits, and outcomes.
  • Understanding Learning Needs: Assess learner or parent requirements and suggest suitable learning programs.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Follow-Up & Relationship Building: Maintain strong follow-up discipline and build long-term customer relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in EdTech sales (mandatory).
  • Education: Graduate in any stream; degrees in Business, Marketing, or Education preferred.
  • Sales Skills: Strong convincing skills, negotiation abilities, and target-driven mindset.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication, presentation skills, and customer-handling ability.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems, sales tools, and online demo platforms

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200, ₹800,000.00 per year
