Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (BDM) in Sales within the EdTech and SaaS domain, in Mangalore and Udupi District. The BDM will engage in identifying and onboarding potential clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships with schools and educators, and achieving sales targets. The role involves market research, product demonstrations, providing detailed insights into Next Education's products, and creating customized solutions for customers. Additionally, the BDM will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding the company's customer base.

NOTE: Person Should be Native of theses to Districts.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Business Management and career-oriented problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong Analytical Skills for market research, strategy formulation, and decision-making processes.
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to build lasting relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience in Sales and ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Knowledge of the EdTech and SaaS landscape is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt quickly to market demands.
