Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Representative with 1–3 years of experience in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling leads, conducting product demos, and converting prospects into paying learners.

In this role, you will drive enrollments by understanding learner needs, presenting course value, and ensuring a smooth sales journey. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management: Handle inbound and outbound leads, qualify prospects, and drive sales conversions.
  • Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling online demos to explain course structure, features, outcomes, and pricing.
  • Needs Assessment: Understand student/parent requirements and recommend suitable learning programs.
  • Sales Conversion: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective counselling and follow-ups.
  • Relationship Building: Build trust with leads and maintain a strong pipeline through consistent communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the EdTech sector (mandatory).
  • Education: Graduate in any discipline; degrees in Business, Marketing, or Education preferred.
  • Sales Skills: Strong convincing ability, negotiation skills, and proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of CRM systems, sales tools, and online meeting platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300, ₹800,000.00 per year
