We are seeking a motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. You will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth by developing new leads, engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a competitive sales environment and enjoys building instant rapport with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls/emails.
  • Communicate with potential customers, understand their requirements, and identify sales opportunities.
  • Answer customer queries and provide detailed information about products and services.
  • Maintain an updated database of current and potential customers.
  • Explain and demonstrate features of products and services.
  • Keep up-to-date with product updates and competitor offerings.
  • Upsell products and services where relevant.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to build pipelines and close deals.
  • Route qualified opportunities to sales managers for further development.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree is mandatory (fresh graduates may apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and one local language.
  • Strong listening, presentation, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable interacting with customers across the Indian subcontinent, including CXO-level executives.
  • Must possess a valid Indian passport.

Preferred Experience:

  • 2 – 4 years in IT products/services sales, preferably in data security or IT active networking.
