Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and driving revenue by promoting our products and services to prospective clients—primarily through phone calls, emails, and online meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with inbound and outbound leads to understand their needs and introduce appropriate solutions.
  • Understand client needs and pitch relevant IT solutions (L1/L2 support, infrastructure setup, cloud, cybersecurity, etc.)
  • Work closely with the technical/pre-sales team to develop and send proposals.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers by providing excellent service and support.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and customer interactions.
  • Follow up on prospective leads and drive them through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the company's offerings
  • Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and campaign follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong phone presence and ability to make dozens of calls per day.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and identify solutions.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200, ₹300,000.00 per year
