Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Specialist to lead outreach and partnerships with higher education institutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of working with colleges and universities, and a deep understanding of institutional sales and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard colleges, universities, and educational groups for strategic partnerships.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with TPOs, placement heads, deans, and other key decision-makers.
- Conduct impactful demos, presentations, and meetings (both online and offline).
- Negotiate MoUs and ensure seamless onboarding and account servicing.
- Own end-to-end sales pipeline: lead generation, pitch, conversion, and post-sale engagement.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in B2B sales, institutional sales, or partnerships.
- Strong background working with colleges, universities, or academic ecosystems is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
