who can take ownership of content creation and 360° marketing activities to help scale our brand and business.
Role Overview
As a
Content & Marketing Specialist
, you will be responsible for building, executing, and managing end-to-end marketing initiatives. This includes content creation, campaign execution, digital marketing, social media, and lead generation strategies specifically tailored for the B2B SaaS ecosystem. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive content and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Create and manage engaging content (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, ad copy, social media posts, landing pages, email campaigns).
- Lead
end-to-end marketing activities
, including SEO, paid campaigns, social media, events, and partnerships. - Drive lead generation campaigns and nurture funnels to support sales growth.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to translate SaaS features into compelling value propositions.
- Own and manage the company's digital presence across channels (LinkedIn, website, email, etc.).
- Track and analyze campaign performance, delivering actionable insights for optimization.
- Stay on top of SaaS, digital marketing, and B2B trends to bring innovative ideas to the table.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
- Proven track record in
end-to-end marketing activities
(content, SEO, social, email, events, paid campaigns). - Strong expertise in content creation and storytelling for professional/business audiences.
- Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Knowledge of SEO tools, analytics (Google Analytics/GA4), and paid ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and project management skills.
- A
sharp, proactive, and creative professional
who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in growth or product marketing.
- Understanding of SaaS KPIs (CAC, LTV, MRR, churn).
