Role Overview: As a Sales Manager, you should be a self-starter, motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. You have to support sales efforts by demonstrating product capabilities, and tailoring solutions to meet client needs by embracing the value of our AI-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • End to end sales -lead generation, cold calling, outbound sales, customer success.
  • Individual Contributor role
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
  • Selling SaaS, cloud can earn brownie points.
