Role Description
We're seeking a skilled, results-oriented, and experienced sales professional to drive IT product sales across the healthtech, fintech, and insuretech domains. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B technology sales, with a proven track record in client acquisition, GTM strategy execution, and a deep understanding of these rapidly evolving sectors.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic sales initiatives, lead enterprise-level deals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a high-growth, innovation-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
● Drive B2B sales for IT products across healthtech, fintech, and insuretech sectors
● Lead and manage B2B client acquisition and end-to-end sales cycles
● Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies tailored for healthcare clients
● Build and manage senior-level client relationships
● Experience in handling international clients and global sales processes will be an added advantage
● Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to support sales execution
Requirements:
● Minimum 6+years of experience in IT product sales, specifically within fintech, insuretech, and healthtech domains
● Proven hands-on experience selling technology solutions tailored for the healthcare and financial services ecosystems
● Strong expertise in B2B sales, go-to-market (GTM) strategy execution, and managing long-cycle enterprise deals
● Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-value client relationships in tech-driven healthcare and financial sectors
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills
● Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly
Educational Qualifications:
● Graduate in any discipline
● MBA/PGDBM preferred, especially with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or Technology
● Technology-related background or certifications (e.g., Salesforce, Agile, healthcare IT) are a plus
