Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Business Development professional, located in Mumbai with flexibility for some remote work. The individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The role also involves developing and managing sales strategies, providing training to the sales team, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to drive revenue growth.

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Expertise in Sales and Sales Management strategies
  • Experience in Training and mentoring teams
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the fire safety or security industry is an advantage
