Job Opening: Import Procurement Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an
Import Procurement Executive
. The ideal candidate will have 0
–3 years of hands-on experience
in import operations, with a strong understanding of
customs clearance procedures
and
freight forwarding coordination
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end import procurement processes.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely clearance and delivery.
  • Prepare and review import documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor shipment schedules and resolve any delays or discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of imports and vendor communications.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in import procurement.
  • Solid knowledge of customs clearance procedures and freight forwarding.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is a plus.
