We are hiring for MNC company Procurement SCM Manager role

Immediate joiner preferred

Purchase & Procurement

  • Ensure that purchasing strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in terms of price, quality, and delivery targets,
  • Work and Improve Terms and conditions, supplier selection/de-selection, evaluation and rationalization of supply chain solutions including vendor managed inventory, supplier consignments and safety stock.
  • Understanding the requirements and processing RFQ s for the items as indented by site.
  • Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers.

Supply Chain Management:

  • Ordering stock from suppliers to fulfil customer demand and maintaining service levels.
  • Overall responsibility for SCM and Cost Estimating activities across the business. Support on ERP system to the Plant.
  • Development of Local sources for Imported parts.

Material Planning & Management

  • Working as Team Leader Material Planner and supervising RM procurement (Domestic & Import) for the plant with support of team members.
  • Evaluating and realizing monthly schedule generated by the system through MRP to suppliers & ensuring material pickups/deliveries on time.
  • Monitoring & mentoring the team for maintaining stock levels as per the given guidelines.

Logistics Operations / Commercial Operations

  • Managing TPL for import clearance, coordinating and availing multiple import benefits (IGCRD/Advance license etc.)

Negotiate contract terms with key suppliers to ensure value for money, quality standards and delivery

CAPEX / Costing Saving

  • Negotiating supplier for tooling cost for Bom parts, negotiating supplier for Capex parts Managing and reducing cost.
  • Implement cost saving projects through localization, alternate sourcing, optimized logistics cost.
