Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Chief Executive Officer based in New Delhi. The Co-Chief Executive Officer will oversee day-to-day operations, align organizational goals with strategic initiatives, and drive financial and operational excellence. Responsibilities include developing and executing business strategies, managing organizational finances, leading operational and sales efforts, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Finance and understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Proficiency in Operations Management and Business Planning, including the ability to oversee and optimize organizational processes.
  • Experience in Sales and the ability to build and sustain strategic partnerships to drive growth.
  • Skills in Strategic Planning to define and implement long-term organizational goals effectively.
  • Excellent leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of executive-level management, with prior experience in a leadership role.
  • Relevant educational background in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
