Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO will oversee all aspects of the organization's operations, including strategic planning, finance, business planning, sales, and operations management. As the executive leader, the CEO will develop and execute strategies, manage key stakeholder relationships, and drive mission-aligned activities to achieve the organization's goals. The CEO will ensure alignment of all departments, coordinate with the board of directors, and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Finance and Operations Management to oversee budgeting, financial planning, and operational efficiency.
  • Proven ability in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to craft and implement actionable strategies in alignment with the company's mission.
  • Experience in Sales and building new revenue streams to drive sustainable growth and member engagement.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to build and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and foster partnerships.
  • Experience in the non-profit sector, community leadership, or members-based organizations is a strong advantage.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
