Position Overview

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will lead Innovatrix Wireless Pvt. Ltd. through its next growth phase — transforming it from a mid-sized enterprise into a major regional telecom solutions player. The CEO will be responsible for defining and executing business strategy, Profit & Loss account and building organizational strength to support expansion in India and across Asia.

This role requires a visionary leader with strong commercial acumen, proven fundraising and investment negotiation experience, and a successful track record of scaling organizations through both organic and strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

· Define and implement long-term business and growth strategies in alignment with the Board's vision.

· Lead all business operations — including sales, marketing, finance, delivery, and support — ensuring alignment across functions for efficient execution.

· Drive the company's growth trajectory from ₹15 Cr to ₹100 Cr+ revenue through a mix of organic growth, strategic investments, industry partnerships, and cross-functional selling leveraging complementing products.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, and financial institutions to secure strategic funding and support for expansion.

· Identify and execute opportunities for strategic alliances, joint ventures, and partnerships that enhance product offerings and market access.

· Oversee full P&L responsibility and ensure financial sustainability and operational excellence.

· Inspire, mentor, and manage a diverse leadership team spanning sales, finance, operations, and technology.

· Represent the company at industry platforms, conferences, and forums, enhancing Innovatrix Wireless's profile as a leading telecom solutions provider.

· Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and uphold the company's values of integrity, innovation, and customer excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

· Master's degree in Business Administration, with background in Engineering/ Telecommunications or a related field.

20+ years of leadership experience in the Telecom or IT sector, with significant exposure to global or at least Asian telecom markets.

· Demonstrated success in scaling organizations, leading transformation and growth initiatives.

· Proven track record in negotiating with venture capitalists and investors, driving successful funding and expansion efforts.

· Experience in managing P&L, financial performance, and investor relations at a corporate or business-unit level.

· Strong understanding of wireless infrastructure, RF systems, and DAS technologies will be an added advantage.

· Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

· Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance strategic vision and hands-on execution.
