Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the individual will oversee the company's strategic vision and operations, ensuring alignment with business goals. Responsibilities include leading financial and operational planning, creating business strategies, driving sales and development initiatives, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve growth. The CEO will also represent Maxemo Capital in external engagements, while fostering a culture of innovation and leading the organization toward sustained success.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Finance, Business Planning, and Strategic Planning
  • Experience in Operations Management and streamlining business processes
  • Skills in Sales and business development to establish and maintain client relationships
  • Proven leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
  • Ability to build and execute growth plans, manage teams, and drive organizational performance
  • A deep understanding of the financial services industry, including MSME and personal lending
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; an equivalent track record of leadership experience is also acceptable
