The Role: Co-Founder & CTO (Technology Lead)

We are seeking a deeply technical and strategically-minded
Co-Founder
who will serve as the
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
. This individual must possess a
proven track record in building and scaling complex platforms
and a
strong professional network/acumen
to actively drive and secure the initial and subsequent
investment capital
required for Boozate's aggressive growth trajectory.

This is a high-stakes,
equity-based partnership
. The CTO's ownership stake will be directly commensurate with their ability to fulfil both the technical leadership mandate and the crucial
capital acquisition goals
of the company.

Key Responsibilities
Technology Strategy & Execution (CTO)

• Technical Vision & Architecture:
  Define and lead the long-term technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap to ensure the platform can scale robustly, handle high transaction volumes, and support future features (e.g., dynamic pricing, machine learning recommendations).
• Team Leadership:
  Recruit, mentor, and lead the in-house and remote engineering teams, establishing best practices for code quality, development velocity, and system reliability.
• Platform Development:
  Oversee the entire product lifecycle for mobile applications (iOS/Android) and backend infrastructure, ensuring seamless integrations with third-party partners.
• Security & Data:
  Establish rigorous security protocols, data privacy measures, and ensure optimal system performance and reliability (uptime).

Strategic Investment

• Financial & Investment Modeling:
  Develop and articulate clear financial models, unit economics, and investment narratives that demonstrate the company's value proposition and high ROI potential.
• Strategic Partnerships:
  Identify and forge strategic technological and financial partnerships critical for market expansion and securing capital.
• Founder Commitment:
  Commit to the company's capital needs, recognizing that a significant portion of the co-founder's value and equity is tied to the successful
  procurement of essential funding
  to fuel the business.

What You Bring

• Co-Founder Mentality:
  A demonstrable drive, resilience, and full-time commitment required to build a market-leading startup from the ground up.
• Technical Authority:
  5+ years of hands-on experience in building and scaling complex, consumer-facing
  mobile/web platforms
  (ideally marketplace or on-demand service platforms). Deep knowledge of modern tech stacks.
• Leadership & Communication:
  Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to articulate complex technical and financial concepts to both engineers and investors.
