Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Web3 Chief Marketing Officer, serving also as a Co-Founder and Partner at GTM Labs. The role involves developing marketing strategies, driving market research, leading marketing and sales teams, and managing investor and public relations. The CMO will shape the marketing direction of the company, collaborate with stakeholders to expand partnerships, and drive growth in a competitive and evolving landscape.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to devise strategic marketing approaches and analyze emerging trends.
  • Strong skills in Public Relations and Marketing Management to build and enhance the company's image and manage campaigns effectively.
  • Experience in Sales and generating growth opportunities through scalable marketing systems and partnerships.
  • Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills to thrive in a co-founding role with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Background in Web3, blockchain, AI, or emerging tech industries is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage investors, stakeholders, and communities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
