About the Role:

We're looking for a highly responsible and proactive
Assistant Chief Security Officer (Asst. CSO)
to support us in maintaining the highest standards of airport safety, vigilance, and compliance.

This is not a desk-only job — it's a leadership position that requires active ground coordination, real-time decision-making, and close interaction with security agencies and airport authorities.

You'll help ensure that all operations meet the regulatory and safety standards set by
BCAS
,
DGCA
, and airport management authorities, while also driving internal vigilance and operational discipline.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assisting in daily security and surveillance operations
  • Overseeing terminal, airside, and cargo area security functions
  • Monitoring and enforcing BCAS/DGCA-approved security procedures
  • Coordinating with
    CISF
    ,
    Airlines
    ,
    Airport Authority
    , and other agencies
  • Conducting audits, inspections, and incident investigations
  • Supervising security staff and ensuring 24x7 operational readiness
  • Identifying vulnerabilities, reporting lapses, and recommending corrective actions
  • Supporting intelligence gathering and risk assessment initiatives

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in aviation or airport security
  • Familiarity with
    BCAS rules, AVSEC procedures
    , and airport regulatory compliance
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively
  • Proven experience coordinating with CISF, AAI, Airlines, or similar authorities
  • Physically fit and willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):

  • AVSEC Certification
    (Basic/Refresher/Screener)
  • Prior experience in a
    supervisory or deputy security officer
    role
  • Background in risk management, intelligence, or airport operations
