Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Delhi Area for a Business Development Manager specializing in the Solar, Power Trading, or IPP sectors. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to analyze market trends, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and driving the success of business initiatives within the energy sector.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of the Solar, Power Trading, and IPP sectors, with experience in industry-specific product offerings and services.
  • Proven ability in business development, client relationship management, and sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to present solutions effectively and secure client partnerships.
  • Proficiency in market analysis and research to identify opportunities and develop winning strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills to successfully manage projects and achieve results.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Energy Management, or a related field is preferred. Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
