Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales in the renewable energy sector by identifying and acquiring new corporate clients. Key tasks include developing and managing sales strategies, fostering client relationships, achieving revenue targets, and preparing proposals and presentations. The individual will also analyze market trends, provide customer insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and account management
- Experience in developing sales strategies, preparing proposals, and creating presentations
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of the renewable energy industry or related sectors is advantageous
- Data analysis skills to interpret market trends and customer insights
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales management software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic work environments
