Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for preparing sales reports, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with other departments to enhance overall business performance.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales management and developing sales strategies
- Strong skills in customer relationship management and negotiation
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills to assess market trends and sales performance
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the printing or events industry is a plus
