Company DescriptionAxis Solar Systems is one of Telangana’s leading rooftop solar EPC companies and an Authorized Channel Partner of Tata Power Solar.With 10+ years of industry presence, we focus on delivering high-quality residential and commercial rooftop installations using best-in-class engineering, reliable execution, and strong customer service.Our mission is to enable homes and businesses to “Move to Green Energy Without Capital” and to set the benchmark for safe, timely, and efficient solar installations in Telangana.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager – Solar EPC, based in Hyderabad.The Operations Manager will lead the end-to-end execution of rooftop solar projects, including planning, scheduling, installation oversight, and commissioning.The role involves managing contractors, coordinating with design and sales teams, ensuring zero delays, enforcing safety and quality standards, and handling customer updates.You will be responsible for:- Overseeing multiple project sites from pre-installation to handover - Ensuring execution within timelines, budget, and quality benchmarks - Managing vendors, site teams, materials, and logistics - Implementing QC, safety protocols, and regulatory/DISCOM requirements - Tracking project performance and reporting progress regularly - Leading cross-functional coordination and resolving on-site issues proactivelyThis is a leadership role requiring strong technical, managerial, and communication skills.Qualifications- Strong project management experience in Solar Rooftop EPC (5–10 years preferred) - Proven skills in scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation - Experience in contractor/vendor management and stakeholder coordination - Hands-on familiarity with solar installation practices, safety norms, and DISCOM/technical compliance - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities - Leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and handle customer interactions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Telugu preferred) - Proficiency in project tracking tools, reporting formats, and documentation - Ability to work on-site and manage multiple rooftop EPC projects simultaneously - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil preferred); PMP/PMI certifications are a plus-
