Job Description Symbroj Solar Pvt. Ltd., a fast-growing renewable energy company focused on rooftop and EPC solar solutions, is looking for a Digital Marketer to lead online marketing initiatives that generate leads, boost brand awareness, and drive solar project inquiries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with performance marketing, SEO, social media campaigns, and content creation , preferably within the solar or clean energy industry . Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications , or a related field. Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, Meta, HubSpot, or SEMrush) is an added advantage. Experience: 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing , preferably in the solar, renewable energy, or technology sector. Skills: Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing . Experience using tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, and Zoho CRM . Excellent copywriting, communication, and analytical skills. Knowledge of B2B and B2C lead generation strategies for solar EPC or rooftop projects. Creative mindset with a results-driven approach. Benefits Competitive salary with performance-based incentives . Requirements Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. 6-month to 1-year of experience in business development, sales, tele-calling or solar industry (preferred but not mandatory). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently in a remote setup and meet sales targets. Knowledge of solar energy solutions and policies is an added advantage. Proficiency in CRM tools, email marketing, and LinkedIn networking. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive approach towards sales.
