Role Description We are seeking a full-time on-site Business Development Manager for our Solar EPC division, located in New Delhi. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities in the solar energy sector, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and driving revenue growth. The manager will work on strategic planning, consult with clients to understand their energy needs, and develop tailored solar solutions. Responsibilities also include leading contract negotiations, collaborating with internal teams to ensure project success, and staying updated on market trends and industry developments. Key Responsibilities - Identify and develop new business opportunities in theSolar EPC (Rooftop, Ground-mounted & Utility-scale)sector. - Generate leads through market research, networking, and industry connections. - Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, industrial houses, government agencies, and channel partners. - Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and techno-commercial offers to clients. - Collaborate with technical and project teams to provide tailored solutions. - Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and government policies in the renewable energy sector. Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry forums. Qualifications - Strong business development and client relationship management skills - Experience in solar energy projects, including Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) - Proficiency in strategic planning and market analysis 13 years of experience inBusiness Development / Sales in Solar EPC / Renewable Energy /Power sector. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus) - Preferred: Experience in renewable energy or infrastructure projects - Ability to work on-site in New Delhi What We Offer - Competitive salary + performance-based incentives. - Opportunity to work in a fast-growing renewable energy company. - Career growth and leadership opportunities. - Exposure to large-scale solar projects and cutting-edge technologies.
