Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager US Staffing, located in Karol Bagh. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the US staffing domain. Key tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research to identify growth opportunities, preparing proposals, and securing agreements with clients. Additional duties involve coordinating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met, tracking progress toward revenue goals, and staying updated on industry trends. Qualifications - Business Development and Client Relationship Management skills - Experience in Market Research and Proposal Development - Knowledge of US Staffing industry practices and recruitment lifecycle - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Ability to work in an on-site environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Prior experience in Business Development for US Staffing is preferred - Proficiency in CRM tools and other business development software
