Proven track record in client acquisition, sales pitching, and closing deals. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the automotive industry, including market trends, key players, and supply chain dynamics. Skills: Proven experience in sales and client acquisition. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to pitch and negotiate confidently. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to understand and capitalize on market data. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Education: Bachelor in Business Administration, Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales field, Engineering, or a related field. Preferred Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities Proven multitasking capabilitiescan handle BD, showroom operations, partnerships, and marketing simultaneously Analytical and data-driven decision-making Confident in client-facing roles and market scouting Entrepreneurial, self-starter, and ready to take ownership Ability to independently lead initiatives like launching a caf, showroom, or branded merchandise Compensation: Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
