Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager HR, located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Manager HR will be responsible for overseeing human resources functions, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, managing the recruitment and selection process, and ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management. Day-to-day tasks will include employee relations, performance management, training and development, and policy implementation.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR management, recruitment, and selection
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Skills in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
