Job Overview

We are seeking an Executive-level professional for the role of Enterprise Technology Sales, located in Mumbai on a Full-Time basis. The ideal candidate will have between 10 to 30 years of work experience and will excel in promoting and selling complex enterprise technology solutions. You will be tasked with fostering connections that align with Native's values of trust and nurturing relationships.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Salesforce CRM, a vital tool for managing client interactions and building lasting relationships across the enterprise level (Mandatory skill).
  • Cloud Computing expertise is crucial to understanding and leveraging cloud-based solutions in sales strategies (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience with Enterprise Software to provide comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in Solution Selling to effectively tailor and position solutions that meet specific client needs and drive results.
  • Account Management skills to oversee client accounts efficiently and ensure optimal service and satisfaction.
  • SaaS Sales experience to navigate and sell service-based software solutions in the technology space effectively.
  • Strong Negotiation Techniques are necessary to close deals on favorable terms while maintaining mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Customer Relationship Management skills to develop, nurture, and sustain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth and open new business opportunities in enterprise technology.
  • Lead long-term relationship building with senior leaders of key clients and stakeholders in line with Native's values.
  • Identify client needs and create customized solutions to enhance client success and satisfaction.
  • Leverage CRM platforms to manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Utilize cloud computing knowledge to offer innovative solutions that address enterprise challenges and needs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of enterprise solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and effective sales initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on market trends and sales performance.
