Job Overview:

We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role requires strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution of projects.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, forecasts, and client communications.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online research.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
