With the vision of Learn, Play, Live, FSM partners with schools and learning centres to bring international standards of performing arts education to students, while also fostering a vibrant community of learners, parents, and educators across the country.
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Digital Marketing Manager (B2B + B2C) who will be responsible for driving FSMs brand presence, community growth, and lead generation across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in digital strategy, social media, content marketing, and data-driven campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities (KRA)
1. Brand Growth & Digital Strategy
Build and implement digital marketing strategies for both B2B (schools) and B2C (centres).
Strengthen FSMs brand visibility across social media, email, WhatsApp, and organic platforms.
Drive initiatives for community-building among music learners (parents, students, teachers).
2. Social Media & Content
Create and manage content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Collaborate with design/content teams for storytelling campaigns and influencer partnerships.
Monitor social trends to ensure FSMs content stays engaging and relevant.
3. Communication Journeys (Email + WhatsApp)
Develop structured email campaigns for lead nurturing and customer retention.
Build WhatsApp automation flows for lead conversion and parent communication.
Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand experience across all touchpoints.
4. Lead Generation & Engagement
Drive organic lead generation through engaging content and community programs.
Align campaigns with sales teams to support student acquisition and retention.
Build and grow FSMs digital parent & learner community to encourage referrals and advocacy.
5. Analytics & Reporting
Track engagement, reach, conversions, and lead quality across campaigns.
Share monthly dashboards with actionable insights.
Leverage data to refine campaigns and maximize ROI.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven experience in B2B and B2C campaigns.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media management, and content strategy.
Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, Mailchimp/HubSpot, and WhatsApp Business API.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and analytical skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, design, and content teams.
