Integrated Marketing Manager

We are looking for a skilled and adaptable Integrated Marketing Manager to join our team. Positioned at the crossroads of growth, product, and brand marketing, this role transforms business objectives and new product launches into comprehensive campaigns that drive subscriber growth and engagement.
The right candidate is a strategic, narrative-driven operator who excels in dynamic, collaborative environments. You will play a critical part in launching and expanding key digital subscription offerings—including customizable content bundles and freemium products—while ensuring campaign execution by internal teams and external partners consistently meets performance targets and maintains brand integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies to drive acquisition and engagement for new streaming products
- Translate business and product priorities into clear campaign briefs and mission statements, aligning cross-functional teams on objectives and execution
- Oversee campaign asset creation and activation across digital video, connected TV (CTV), paid social, search, email, in-app, and owned media channels
- Support the launch of strategic partnerships ensuring brand consistency and coordinated go-to-market efforts across all channels
- Collaborate with Product Strategy, Media, Brand, Creative, Lifecycle, and Analytics teams to optimize campaign performance
- Manage end-to-end campaign timelines and maintain communication with stakeholders to meet milestones and align resources
- Use insights and data to inform creative iterations and improve campaign performance
- Ensure consistent positioning and creative expression across all customer touchpoints
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or similar field.
- 7+ years of digital marketing experience; agency or brand-side preferred.
- Strong grasp of all major digital platforms (paid media, social, email, web, CRM, influencer marketing).
- Proficient in analytics and marketing software (Google Analytics, Ads, social management tools).
- Skilled in digital content and campaign planning, budgeting, and performance measurement.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Strong communication, strategic planning, and creative thinking.
- Up-to-date with current digital marketing regulations and privacy standards for the industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹75, ₹95,000.00 per month
