Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our team. As a fresher or having up to 1 year of experience in marketing, you'll play a key role in coordinating all marketing activities within the organization. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives, managing vendor relationships, and developing contacts with ATL and BTL activity-related vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Activity Coordination:

  2. Coordinate with internal teams to plan and execute marketing initiatives.

  3. Ensure timely delivery of marketing projects and campaigns.

  4. Vendor Management:

  5. Coordinate with vendors to ensure deliverables meet specifications.

  6. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance.

  7. Event Management:

  8. Collaborate with event organizers to plan and execute events for channel partners and clients.

  9. Ensure events are well-organized, and logistics are managed effectively.

  10. Vendor Network Development:

  11. Develop and maintain relationships with ATL (Above-The-Line) and BTL (Below-The-Line) activity-related vendors.

  12. Identify new vendors and opportunities to support marketing initiatives.

  13. New Initiative Development:

  14. Conceptualize and propose new marketing initiatives within specified budget.

  15. Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

  16. Communication and Reporting:

  17. Ensure effective communication between teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

  18. Provide regular updates on marketing activities, event progress, and new initiative development.

Requirements:

  • MBA degree with specialization in Marketing (freshers or up to 1 year of experience).

  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive and results-driven with a willingness to learn and grow.

  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

  • Basic understanding of marketing budgeting and financial management.
