Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by selling interactive and innovative ad solutions across digital platforms. This role combines consultative sales, client relationship management, and strategic market development. The ideal candidate has strong experience in digital media sales, programmatic advertising, or ad-tech, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Sales
  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities.
  • Promote and sell
    interactive ad formats, rich media, and innovative engagement-driven campaigns
    .
  • Develop customised proposals and pitch decks tailored to client objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media planners, digital marketers, and decision-makers.
  • Act as a strategic partner, advising clients on best practices for
    maximising ROI through interactive ads
    .
  • Ensure client satisfaction, campaign renewals, and long-term partnerships.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 2–4 years in digital ad sales, programmatic, ad-tech, or media sales with a proven revenue track record.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital media ecosystem,rich media formats, and interactive ad units.
  • Network: Existing relationships with brands.
