About the Role

We are hiring a Digital Course Marketing Manager to take full ownership of the Foresight Marketing Academy growth funnel, from first click through to coaching upsell.

Timezone: Australian hours (5 AM to 1 PM IST)

This is a strategy and execution role, not an assistant gig. You will run the show across paid, organic, email, and CRM workflows for a proven course platform that teaches Shopify ecommerce founders how to grow with Google Ads, SEO, and more.

We already have the product, the content, and lots of paying students. Your job will be to scale it up.

What You'll Be Doing

You will be responsible for optimising the full marketing engine, including:

Funnel Strategy and Execution

  • Own the entire lead-to-sale flow in Kajabi and GoHighLevel
  • Improve performance at every step, from lead magnet and webinar to call and purchase

Kajabi Email and Go High Level CRM Automation

  • Create, manage, send and report on all email campaigns and special offers
  • Build smart sequences for lead nurturing, student engagement, and coaching upsells
  • Use segmentation to tailor content based on business size, needs, and activity

Organic Social Management

  • Collaborate with paid and SEO experts from our team to plan and post content
  • Collaborate with actors who will film reels content that we script
  • Repurpose material from webinars, coaching calls, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content into stories
  • Be responsible for responding to and managing comments

Paid Ads and Lead Gen Support

  • Collaborate with media buyers on Meta ads (you dont have to run this yourself)
  • Make sure the creative pipeline is always full with refined ad creative and offers based on your insights on student and funnel data

Content and Copywriting

  • Help shape and optimise messaging across landing pages, VSLs, lead magnets, and emails
  • Write or brief compelling, clear, and conversion-focused copy

Reporting and Growth

  • Track key metrics like student growth, revenue, conversion rates and funnel drop off
  • Recommend growth experiments, track results, and iterate fast
