What will you be doing?
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Handle payroll & compliance
- Ensure adherence to labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Address and resolve employee queries with quick turnaround.
- Maintain and track asset management for all employees.
- Manage vendor coordination for HR-related services/tools.
- Support hiring activities and assist other HR functions when needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operational workflows.
- Take ownership of ad-hoc HR tasks and projects.
What are we looking for?
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in HR operations.
- Strong understanding of onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and labour laws.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High intent, ownership & multitasking ability
- Available to work full-time in-office
- Available to join by 15 January'26
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹42,000.00 per month
