We're Hiring: Sales & Business Development Manager – USA (Oil & Gas | Telecom Engineering Services Business)

Are you a results-driven professional with deep knowledge in Telecom System Engineering Services opportunities in Oil & Gas/ Rail/Critical Infrastructure and 5G DAS projects?

We're expanding our footprint in the US market and looking for a dynamic Sales & Business Development Manager to lead growth, partnerships, and key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the Telecom System Engineering Services in Oil & Gas/ Rail/Critical Infrastructure and 5G DAS projects sectors.
  • Develop market entry and expansion strategies for the US region.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, System Integrators, Engineering Consultants, EPCs, and End Users.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development within Oil & Gas, Energy Infrastructure, or Telecom/5G/EPC domains.
  • Strong understanding of EPC project cycles and contract negotiation.
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth and managing multiple accounts.
  • Excellent communication, technical, and networking skills.
  • Willing to travel across the US & Canada.
