Role Overview:

We are looking for a Performance Marketer who will take complete ownership of our paid marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing ad campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.) to drive lead generation, conversions, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube.
  • Analyze campaign performance on a daily/weekly basis and take action based on insights to improve ROI.
  • Run A/B tests on ad creatives, audience segments, and landing pages.
  • Work closely with the content, design, and video team to create engaging ad creatives.
  • Optimize campaigns for CPL (Cost Per Lead), CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
  • Track and report KPIs including CAC, LTV, and ROI across campaigns.
  • Use tools like Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and third-party analytics tools.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to improve the lead quality and conversion funnel.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates in performance marketing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (1+ year) in running paid ad campaigns with quantifiable results.
  • Hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Ability to work with performance tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, etc.
  • Good understanding of lead generation funnels and landing page performance.
  • A creative mindset to experiment with different formats and messaging.
  • Knowledge of basic SEO is a plus.
