Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ranchi for an Area Sales Manager. The selected candidate will oversee sales operations in their assigned region, planning and executing sales strategies to achieve targets. Responsibilities include cultivating relationships with existing retail partners, onboarding new partners, analyzing market trends, and providing necessary sales training and support to boost revenue. The Area Sales Manager will work closely with internal teams to align regional sales efforts with company goals, prepare sales reports, and ensure a seamless customer experience through excellent service and effective communication.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and achieving sales targets
  • Proficiency in Market Analysis, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Negotiation strategies
  • Strong skills in Communication, Team Collaboration, and People Management
  • Knowledge in Retail Partnerships, Distribution Networks, and Building Customer Loyalty
  • Ability to analyze data, prepare sales reports, and adapt strategies based on performance
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Proven experience in the tile or building materials industry is highly advantageous
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
