We are looking for an Order Processor to join our dynamic team at GALAXY INCORPORATION. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional service and products to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Process incoming customer orders accurately and efficiently using our order management system
  • Verify order details, including pricing, quantities, and shipping information
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any order discrepancies or issues
  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and reporting any stock shortages
  • Support the customer service team by addressing customer inquiries related to order status and delivery timelines
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance order processing efficiency

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in order processing or a related role
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)

Preferred:

  • Experience with order management systems software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

  • Familiarity with order processing systems and software
  • Basic understanding of inventory management principles
  • Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records
