Experience: 1–5 years (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply)

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Business Development Associate to support our Sales Manager in expanding the company's customer base and strengthening client relationships. The role involves assisting in identifying new business opportunities, following up with leads, and maintaining strong communication with existing and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales Manager in generating and developing new business leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Support in preparing quotations, proposals, and follow-up communications.
  • Research potential markets and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
  • Maintain customer databases and prepare periodic sales reports.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm for sales, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education:

Graduate in any discipline (Business or Commerce background preferred).

Compensation:

Salary + Attractive Incentives based on performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
