**Job Summary**
The **Admin & Business Operations Executive** will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating with clients and teams, assisting in sales and marketing operations, and ensuring smooth office and project operations. This role demands a proactive, organized, and communicative individual who can balance multiple responsibilities efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Client Handling & Coordination**
- Manage client calls, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate client meetings, bookings, and documentation.
- Ensure smooth communication and maintain client satisfaction.
- Schedule and confirm client site visits.
**Sales & Lead Support**
- Track and update sales leads and maintain databases.
- Prepare weekly reports and assist in client documentation.
- Support sales executives in lead conversion and post-sale processes.
**Marketing & Branding**
- Coordinate with digital marketing partners for campaigns and promotions.
- Assist in creating and maintaining marketing materials (brochures, banners, etc.).
- Manage office-level branding and social media updates.
**Office Administration**
- Handle front-office duties, calls, and visitor management.
- Maintain attendance, office records, and general supplies.
- Manage petty cash and ensure overall office upkeep.
- Support internal meetings and company events.
**Operational Support**
- Coordinate between management, sales, marketing, and site teams.
- Prepare daily reports, reminders, and schedules.
- Support project documentation and ensure smooth daily operations.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in construction, real estate, or administrative roles.
- Excellent communication skills in **English and Tamil.**:
- Proficient in **MS Office, Excel, and social media platforms.**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
